Our beef is dry aged, flash frozen, and vacuum sealed for maximum freshness.
Our dry aged beef is always raised to have high quality genetics that we would be proud to feed our family. Each box is curated from one animal, so you always know exactly where your beef came from. Having food on the table we can trust is important to us. They are pasture raised and finished, and you will find marbling and tenderness that you can count on.
