minutesThese kabobs are easy to make and a quick crowd pleaser. Our stew meat is perfect for these because it is already cut up in the perfect kabob shaped pieces!! It made this so simple to make. You will notice I don’t have measurements on the sauce. Put it all in a jar, shake it up, and adjust it as you see fit. I find that people like different tastes on this. Some like more mustard where some like it to be more of a soy sauced based. You do you!
Ingredients
- Kabobs
Big Time Cattle beef stew meat Buy Stew Meat Here
Red Baby Potatoes
Vidalia Onion
Green Bell Pepper
Orange Bell Pepper
- Sauce
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Lime Juice
Dijon Mustard
Garlic Salt
Honey (local if you have it)
Fresh Rosemary
Kosher Salt
Directions
- Heat up the grill to medium heat
- Cut up your vegetables. This one should be simple since your meat is already cut up provided you bought our stew meat!!
- Layer meat and vegetables on skewers
- Season full skewers with some kosher salt
- Pile all of those amazing sauce ingredients into a jar and shake it up
- Put your finished kabobs on the grill
- Brush with sauce
- Rotate kabobs every 5 or so minutes
- Enjoy while they are hot!
